WMTV NBC-15

I worked in Madison, Wisconsin from June of 2007 to August of 2010.  I was fortunate to cover many national and international stories, including the 2008 Iowa Caucus; the 2008 Midwest Floods (for which I appeared on Nightly News with Brian Williams on June 9); and U.S. Airways Flight 1549, which crash-landed on the Hudson River in NYC.

As weekend evening news anchor at WMTV, my show became the most-watched weekend newscast in the DMA. In my five months on the show, it posted a 30 percent ratings increase from the previous year. The result was similar, following a move to the weekend mornings. Ratings increased by as much as 200 percent.  Below you will find examples of my work.
